In the beginningThe society was founded in 2013 by Bob, Andy & Mark after a stay on Islay supporting a charity event and visiting 5 distilleries in the process. We continue the charity ethos with our annual fundraising night.

Society NightsThe last Friday in the month is our night to come together and enjoy an evening of whisky tasting mixed with chat and music.

And There's MoreThroughout the year we bring whisky ambassadors to our society nights to spread the love of whisky. On top of this we organise events for members such as trips to distilleries and other venues.

Chairman Andy, AKA @ardbaggie is a fanatical whisky fan. As Chairman and a West Midlands lad through and through, he lives in Wollaston and loves a good dram, pint of real ale and a pork pie (with mustard). When he's not cheering on the baggies you'll find him clay pigeon shooting or riding his bike.

MARK PARSONSTreasurer & SecretaryMark first found whisky many many years ago and hasn't looked back. When he's not enjoying whisky you will find him looking for every opportunity to get out on his bike or putting the top down on this car and going for a drive.

Our society nights are held at The Duke William, Stourbridge on the last Friday of every month, with the tastings starting from 8pm. If you want to come along and see what we are all about, you are more than welcome. All we ask is that you let us know before so we can prepare for you. We wouldn't want to not have enough whisky to go round would we now...
